On November 5, Red Avenue New Material Group Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Red Avenue Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. ("Red Avenue Electronics") invested in and constructed a 11 000 t/a semiconductor, photoresist for flat-panel display and 20 000 tons of related supporting reagent projects in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone. These projects have been completed, and have gradually entered the trial production phase.

According to the announcement, Red Avenue Electronics’ factory in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone covers an area of 36 200 square meters and has a designed annual capacity of 1 000 tons of semiconductor photoresist, 10 000 tons of display photoresist and 20 000 tons of high-purity EBR reagent (photoresist edge removal agent). Furthermore, driven by strategic cooperation with international and domestic semiconductor manufacturers and photoresist manufacturers, the company has completed production line optimization and quality control upgrades.
