Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Wanhua Chemical) plans to purchase part shares of Tongling Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Tonghua Group), which, after the transaction, will be separated into a chemical company (separated Tonghua Group) and a non-chemical company.

According to a related agreement signed on November 7, Wanhua Chemical could increase capital, purchase equity, exchange shares or employ other methods to ultimately hold 51% shares of the separated Tonghua Group, and 34% shares of the non-chemical company.
