Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Wanhua Chemical) intends to obtain controlling stake of Yantai Juli Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. via share acquisition – a plan approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation on April 7 and another key step to optimize TDI industry layout of Wanhua Chemical. After the acquisition, Wanhua Chemical’s TDI production-supply network will cover north China, south China, northwest China and Europe – a solid foundation of stable product supply at home and abroad.
