On July 23, Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. held an engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) contract signing ceremony for its phase II 400 kt polyamide gasification project in Beijing. The project will use two aerospace furnaces. The total contract value is RMB650 million.

The project includes a 75 000 Nm3/h hydrogen producing unit and gasification project for the 300 kt synthetic ammonia plant, which are located in the Kemen Economic and Technological Development Zone of Lianjiang County, Fujian province. Changzheng Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction of the coal gasification project. Main work includes, but is not limited to, project management, patent implementation permit, project basic design, detailed design, equipment material supply, construction and construction management, government approval, repair during the commissioning and warranty period, guiding the joint test and feeding test (including during the test run) until on-spec products are achieved, completing the performance assessment, the completion settlement, cooperating with the completion acceptance.
