Nippon New-Type Materials (Jinan) has held an opening ceremony for its Phase I project and meanwhile kicked off construction of its phase II project in Jinan New Materials Industrial Park in Shandong.     

The company is located in Jinan New Materials Industrial Park in Shandong. The projects cover an area of 90 Mu, with a total investment of RMB460 million. Phase I project costs RMB260 million and covers an area of 50 Mu, with 400 kt/a dry motar production capacity. The plant is the first third-generation dry motar plant invested by Nippon in China. It is also a smart green model dry motar plant shaped by Nippon China based on the concept of intelligent manufacturing industry 4.0.

The company has introduced the most advanced production technology from abroad and adopted the domestic leading fully automated production equipment. Packaging lines adopt automatic unmanned packaging lines, dual computer synchronous production management and control system, fault warning patent cloud data can be checked to realize intelligent production.
