MOC Announces Final Review Result on Imported TDI

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announces to succeed to the determination by MOC on November 22nd, 2003 concerning imported TDI (toluene diisocyanate, HS code: 29291010) from Japan, Korea and USA.
MOC instituted the final review on the imported TDI case on November 22nd, 2008, following a report by domestic major TDI maker - Cangzhou Dahua TDI Co., Ltd., BlueStar Chemical Co., Ltd., China-Yantai Juli TDI Co. and Gansu Yinguang Juyin Chemicals Co., Ltd. (CCR2008 No. 34)
Upon the one-year investigation, MOC finds that the nation takes antidumping measure on imported TDI from Japan, Korea and USA for five years, effective November 21st, 2009. TDI importers must pay antidumping tariff to China's customs as they import TDI from the mentioned countries.
