China Terminates Antidumping on PET Chips and Polyester Staple Fiber     

On February 3rd, 2008 the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced the antidumping termination on imports of PET chips and polyester staple fiber from Korea, effective February 3rd, 2008.
   China had imposed antidumping tax on the said products from Korea for five years since February 3rd, 2003. (CCR2003, No. 6)
   On August 3rd, 2007 MOC announced the deadline of antidumping case. During the time limit defined by the announcement, MOC received no applications for final reevaluation submitted by representatives of domestic enterprises.
