Correction  on PTA Projects

On page 19 of No.21 issue published on July 26th, 2007, there
is a mistake in the table 1 of the article with a title of
"Capacity of PTA Rises Rapidly". It is checked that the first
phase 600 thousand t/a PTA project and the second phase 600
thousand t/a PTA project in Zhejiang Yisheng Petrochemical Co.,
Ltd. were put into operation in March 2005 and 2006 respectively,
and the production capacity of PTA in the company is 1.2 million
t/a not 600 thousand t/a. CCR editors apologize to all readers
for the error.
    Zhejiang Yisheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has also
constructed 500 thousand t/a PTA project jointly with Dahua
Group in Dalian of Liaoning province, and the project is
scheduled to go on stream in the second half of 2008. Besides,
the 600 thousand t/a PTA project in Oriental Petrochemical
(Shanghai) Corp. went on stream in 2006.
