appraisal of the expert team from Shandong Provincial Economic
and Trade Commission.
   According to the expert team, tests prove that all property
indexes of 385/55R22.5-18PR LLA928 tubeless heavy-duty radial
tires designed and developed by Shandong Linglong Rubber Co.,
Ltd. itself reach the requirements in ETRTO-2004. They have
passed the certification of the ECE (the Economic Commission of
Europe) and the inspection of the National Rubber and Tire
Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The product has the
