Instant-Curing/Shaping Energy-Saving Coatings

The heat-insulation decoration board developed by Chengdu New
Bety Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. with
instant-curing/shaping technology integrates the functions of
energy-saving and heat insulation materials. Tests and field
applications show that all technical indexes of the product can
meet various industrial requirements for building energy saving
and heat insulation around China.
  The product has excellent properties of heat insulation,
decoration and shaping. Defects in the multi-layer operation of
conventional heat insulation materials such as difficult
quality control and high cost can also be removed. As the heat
insulation and decoration coatings have the function of instant
curing/shaping, it has extensive applications. The thickness of
coatings layers can reach 1 cm - 20 cm in one operation. It can
therefore be directly used in brick walls, cement foundations,
cold/hot transmission pipes and various infrastructures with
great strength.
   As the new heat-insulation decoration board has relatively
low density and thermal conductivity and relatively strong
compressive strength, it is suitable for heat-insulation
decoration in inner/outer walls and roofs of buildings.
