Zymolysis Process for High-Purity Mononucleotide Production

The process technology of the zymolysis process for the 100 t/a
high-purity mononucleotide production jointly developed by
Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics CAS (LICP) and Shandong
Kaisheng Biochemical Co., Ltd. passed the research achievement
appraisal organized by LICP on January 10th, 2007.
Impurity substances with relatively high purity for the
zymolysis process are obtained through separation and their
chemical structures and their existence forms in crude N-methyl
pyrrolidone (NMP) are determined. Different composite refining
processes are established according to different NMP varieties.
Impacts of the malt milling extent and milling method on the
activity of PDE in the enzyme preparation are identified.
Innovative research on the configuration of new leaching liquor
systems is conducted in production practice by adding PDE enzyme
activation stabilizer, PDE enzyme activation accelerator and
impurity enzyme activity inhibitor. When the process is used,
the water consumption can be reduced by 35%, the energy
consumption can be reduced by 5% and the raw material malt
consumption can be reduced by 25%.
