PP Casting Film Special Material for Aluminum Plating

Plastic Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company Ltd. recently
developed PP (polypropylene) casting film special material for
aluminum plating and conducted a trial production of 300 tons.
As the product has small stabilizer addition amount and low cost,
it can fully replace existing casting film special resins used
in aluminum-plated products.
   PP casting special resins produced in China today can only
meet a quarter of the domestic market demand. Plastic Plant of
Daqing Petrochemical Company Ltd. has used propylene as main raw
material, adopted the homogenous polymerization process and
added special assistants to produce PP casting film special
material for aluminum plating in its existing PP production unit.
Compared with conventional resin T30S, the product can generate
greater economic returns.
