Crosslinking PE Special Material for Rotational Molding

Crosslinking PE special material for rotational molding and its
production method developed by Jilin Petrochemical Company Ltd.
(JPC) Research Institute recently won the invention patent of
the state.   
   The development of plastics and their pulverization and the
expansion of their application sectors in recent years have
resulted in rapid advances in rotational molding process. As
LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) has many advantages both
in the rotational molding process and in its products, it is
regarded as a plastic with bright development prospect in
rotational molding.
   The special material developed by JPC Research Institute can
have crosslinking in rotational molding and therefore form a
reticular structure. It has good fluidity, high-temperature
endurance and excellent rotational molding behavior. Products
made through rotational molding have great impact strength,
thermal creep resistance, low-temperature toughness,
permeation resistance and chemical resistance. Their
application sectors can therefore be greatly extended.
