Rosin Intensive Processing Project Constructed in Fujian
A rosin intensive  processing  project  has  recently  been
constructed in Fujian Shaxian Forest Product Chemical Plant.
The project has a capacity of  4  000  t/a  refined  light
-color rosin and 2 000 t/a light-color  138#  rosin  ester,
maleic rosin and road-mark rosin.
The continuous large-scale production process  is  used  in
the project. Products have properties of light color, high
softening point and low content of unsaponifiable  matters
and heavy metals. The product  quality  surpasses  CY/T065
-92X1 standard. Light-color  138#  rosin  ester  has  light
color and good thermal  stability.   Road- mark  rosin  is
mainly used in hot-melt road-mark coatings for high- grade
highways.
