100 000 T/A PVC Resin Project
                Starts Production in Jiangsu
The 100 000 t/a PVC resin project in Suzhou Huasu Plastic Co.
, Ltd. started production  on  Oct.   15  and  has  already
produced 2 000 tons of  PVC  resin.   The  project  is  an
expansion of the 20 000 t/a PVC film unit  constructed  in
1994 jointly by Jiangsu Chemical & Pesticide Group Co., Ltd.
, Huamei Group of the United States, Norsk Hydro of  Norway
and Taicang Petrochemical Corporation.
