Two Tire Factories Constructed by
              China and Korea Put on Stream
Two tire factories constructed  by  China  and  Korea  were
completed and put on stream on Nov. 18 and the  first  lot
of products have been produced. The  total  investment  of
these two tire factories, one in Zhejiang and the other in
Jiangsu, is 212 million U.S.  dollars.   Zhejiang  Jiaxing
Tire Factory has an investment of 120 million U.S. dollars
and a capacity of 1.8 million pcs/a. Jiangsu Tire  Factory
has an investment of  92  million  U. S.   dollars  and  a
capacity of 2.45 million pcs/a. The total capacity of  the
two tire factories is 4.25 pcs/a, holding the third  place
in tire producers in China.
