                      Refining  & Chemical  Co.,  Ltd.
The 70 000  t/a  polypropylene  unit  constructed  by  Beijing  Petrochemical
Engineering Company of China Petrochemical  Corporation  was  completed  the
other day in Fujian Oil Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. The project is one  of
the first group of localized large polypropylene units in China  and  has  a
total investment of 530 million yuan.
