Recently, PERIC Special Gases Co., Ltd. revealed plans to establish PERIC Special Gas (Hohhot) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hohhot Company") in Tuoketuo County, Inner Mongolia. Upon completion of this investment, CSSC Special Gas will hold 100% of Hohhot Company's equity.

According to the announcement, the registered capital of the Hohhot Company is RMB340 million, and the total investment in the construction of the high-purity electronic gas project (phase one) is RMB1.363 billion. After the project is completed, the company will have a newly-added production capacity of 7 500 t/a of nitrogen trifluoride, 10 000 t/a of ultra-pure ammonia, and 75 000 t/a of liquid nitrogen.

PERIC Special Gases Co., Ltd. stated that the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hohhot Company will expedite the development of the company's high-purity electronic gas industry chain, optimize and improve the production capacity layout, and enhance the company's industry competitiveness.
