On April 27, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicized 84 key new material projects in 2019 deemed to be qualified to obtain premium subsidies granted for first-batch new material, which refers to a kind of material: 1) included by Guidance Catalogue on First-Batch Application of Key New Materials; 2) bought by firms within one year (before catalogue expiry and starting from the first purchase). The 84 projects involve silicon nitride ceramic materials, high-performance carbon fiber, auto-exhaust catalyst, titanium alloy powder, etc.
